class=\"fontColorThemeDarker\"><strong><em>Loi modifiant la <\/em>Loi sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<em> en ce qui concerne la violence et le harc\u00e8lement au travail et d\u2019autres questions<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La CSEO a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des ressources pour aider les conseils scolaires \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le projet de loi 168, qui modifiait la <em>Loi sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/em> (LSST). Cette mesure l\u00e9gislative imposait aux conseils scolaires d\u2019avoir des politiques \u00e9crites sur la violence au travail et le harc\u00e8lement au travail, qui devaient \u00eatre affich\u00e9es \u00e0 des endroits o\u00f9 elles retiendraient l\u2019attention des travailleuses et des travailleurs. Le <em>Mod\u00e8le de politique sur la violence au travail<\/em> a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis \u00e0 tous les conseils scolaires en f\u00e9vrier\u00a02010, pour les aider \u00e0 \u00e9laborer leur propre politique \u00e0 ce sujet. Il a alors \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que les politiques des conseils en mani\u00e8re de harc\u00e8lement pourraient faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une simple r\u00e9vision pour faire en sorte que le harc\u00e8lement au travail soit clairement identifi\u00e9. Le <em>Mod\u00e8le de politique sur le harc\u00e8lement au travail<\/em> donnait un exemple de la fa\u00e7on dont on pouvait proc\u00e9der, en se basant sur une version r\u00e9vis\u00e9e du <em>Mod\u00e8le de politique sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les milieux de travail et les milieux d\u2019apprentissage<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que chaque conseil a \u00e9tabli sa politique sur la violence au travail, il devait la mettre en \u0153uvre au moyen d\u2019une directive administrative, et il devait faire de m\u00eame pour sa politique sur le harc\u00e8lement au travail. Le Groupe de travail de la CSEO a mis \u00e0 la disposition des conseils deux ressources pour les aider \u00e0 \u00e9laborer leurs directives administratives. Certaines sections renfermaient des avis et des facteurs \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration, et d\u2019autres contenaient des exemples pouvant servir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de directives administratives.
